Welcome to Our Farm
Starling Farm covers 10 hectares in Kampot province, southwestern Cambodia. Kampot is a region famed for pepper growing and pepper has been grown and traded from the region since the 10th century.
Our Team MAKE IT POSSIBLE
Over fifty people work at Starling Farm in various capacities from pepper specialists, farm labour, pepper sorting and advanced production techniques, and not forgetting the office and shop in Phnom Penh where we handle and package all your international orders. Further afield, we have a shop in Siem Reap, and products in stores in Asia, America and Europe. Many of our team live on site at the farm whilst others are stuck in the office in the capital city.
More Than Just Pepper…
We not only grow pepper, but fruits, vegetables and spices including; mango, durian, bananas, we have a hydroponic greenhouse for lettuce, and have a spice farm with ginger, lemongrass, romeat, kjeay, kro search, and some of our other favourite Cambodian ingredients that make delicious traditional meals.
